Hello,

I am introducing my paintings on anodised aluminium to a wider audience for the first time.  Public art gallery curators and private fine art gallery proprietors have the opportunity to show a collection of paintings that truly catch the light, reflect it and refract it in a way that no other painting medium can do.  Never to fade, never to be replicated, each piece of fine art holds its own unique interest.  To visit the gallery click more.  These examples show the versatility of this fine art form both in detail and in a gallery setting.

A Travelling Exhibition

pictureAvailable as a collection I am seeking opportunities to supply public art galleries with a travelling show, with a difference.  Usually such shows accumulate spot sales with sold works going to buyers when the circuit of exhibitions ends.  Here, the exhibition carries an option to show a collection of wearable art jewellery designed and made from similar paintings on anodised aluminium.  So whilst the painting exhibition can remain intact for the duration of its calendar, the jewellery may be sold from the gallery shop deriving immediate income for the gallery.  Since I have about 160 outlets in the UK for my jewellery, some of which are in public art galleries, I am confident that this formula will be successful.

The One Man Exhibition

picture Private art galleries likewise will be interested in this one man show. With someone present in the gallery all the time, individual pieces of matching jewellery may be displayed on plinths thereby adding to the artistic experience of visitors. With either type of show, I supply replacements for sold jewellery by return. To view a video of one man explaining click more.

What's the difference?

pictureThe works are not framed. They are very skilfully shaped so that they will hang on the wall flat and not tip forward.  The small lip on the inside of the wall-touching edges has the effect of pulling the works against the wall. If desired, for security, they may be clipped into this position. Anodised aluminium absorbs the colours into it, permanently. So it is perfectly possible to exhibit the art in places open to the elements, for example where moisture or high temperatures may cause other artistic mediums deterioration. The maximum size of each painting is 40cm. by 33cm. standing proud of the wall by 4cm.  Being light but unbreakable, they are very easy to pack and low cost to post. By placing very similar works together, as in the triptych shown, a really contemporary visual impact is simply achieved.  So galleries have plenty of options.

Recommended Retail Prices

pictureWorking to art gallery retail prices of between £180 and £390, I will accept cost prices based on the gallery's normal mark up.  The benefit for me, and indeed for everyone, of accepting variable cost prices, is that I will achieve retail price consistency.

So please do talk to me about this exciting new venture on 01242 520 695 or email a reply.

Yours sincerely, picture
